BarVerse provides educational audio content, study tools, and related features designed to support legal learning, including bar exam preparation.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BarVerse for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, audio, text, graphics, and software are owned by VersEDLabs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or modify the app
  • Use BarVerse for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with app functionality or security

8. Disclaimers

BarVerse provides educational content but does not guarantee exam results. Use of the app is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VersEDLabs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

12. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in during account registration, you consent to receive SMS text messages from BarVerse for transactional and account-related purposes.

  • Message Types: Account verification codes, security alerts, subscription notifications, and important account updates.
  • Frequency: Typically 1-5 messages per month based on your account activity.
  • Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS notifications. Reply HELP for assistance.
  • Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier.

All text, visuals, audio recordings, musical works, world guides, UI elements, brand assets, and learning architectures are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or derivative use of any BarVerse content is strictly prohibited.
